Leading industrial packaging specialist Adriaansen has completed the purchase of Solipak, a Belgian company specialized in the distribution and personalization of metal and plastic packaging and Fantastipack, the online webshop of Solipak. The purchase of the two companies is part of the business growth strategy that the Adriaansen management initiated 2 years ago.
Another outcome of this strategy is the extension of the current warehouse capacity with more than 150% which means that Adriaansen has a total of 5.000 m2 storage.
By the end of November of this year the new storage facilities will be ready for operation.
Long term growth
The move to a new and bigger location in Schelle 3 years ago, the acquisition of Solipak and FantastiPack and the extension of the storage capabilities are all part of the outlined growth strategy.
This will allow Adriaansen to have a more diversified product offering whilst at the same time maintaining the high level of service to their clients.
